Since its establishment in 1984, the Charles Nodrum Gallery’s exhibition program embraces a diversity of media and styles - from painting, sculpture & works on paper to graphics and photography; from figurative, geometric, gestural, surrealist & social comment to installation & conceptually based work.
Norma Redpath at RMIT Gallery

To mark this year's centenary of the founding of the Wiemar Bauhaus, RMIT Gallery will host an exhibition celebrating the contribution of European trained artists, architects and designers who came to Australia after the Second World War and took up teaching positions at RMIT. Charles Nodrum Gallery is proud to celebrate the works of Norma Redpath.
Melbourne Modern traces a legacy of European intervention and interdisciplinarity through successive generations of RMIT teachers and students to the present day. Norma Redpath has two sculptures featured in the show.
The exhibition is being curated by Dr Jane Eckett, from the University of Melbourne, in close consultation with Professor Harriet Edquist, Director of the RMIT Design Archives, Jon Buckingham, RMIT Gallery Collections Coordinator and Helen Rayment, Acting Direction and Senior Exhibitions Coordinator at RMIT Gallery.
